Tell us your flight number when you book and we'll be waiting at arrivals with a name sign; the delivery fee is 40 ₾, regardless of which airline you're on. Handover happens in the terminal car park, with the same walk-around and paperwork as an office pickup. Landing after 22:00 or before 07:00 adds the standard 40 ₾ night surcharge — worth knowing if your flight is a typical late-evening arrival into Tbilisi.

The airport sits about 13 km east of central Tbilisi, on the Kakheti highway — so if your plan is a wine-region loop rather than the city itself, you're already pointed the right way without a detour through town. Driving into the centre takes you past Holy Trinity Cathedral and the eastern edge of Old Tbilisi; if the city isn't your first stop, the ring road lets you skip it entirely.
